Senior Consultant and Coach

Dan Stifter is a Senior Leadership Consultant and Executive Coach with EDA. He has over 30 years of experience in senior executive-level general management at Coca-Cola and Hallmark. Additionally, Dan has 8 years of experience as a consultant and executive coach. He has led billion-dollar businesses and has extensive experience in innovation and change management. During his tenure at Hallmark, Dan served as a General Manager, assuming full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility. He demonstrated exceptional leadership by overseeing all major wholesale businesses and effectively managing the Innovation Commercialization team at different stages.

Dan is passionate about improving both individual and organizational performance. His experience running large and small businesses provides an invaluable foundation for driving pragmatic and realistic actions that improve performance.

Dan is a Professor at The Bloch School of Business at UMKC in the Executive MBA program. He teaches courses in leadership, strategy, international business, and entrepreneurship. Dan is an owner at Stratex Solutions, which provides software and services that turn strategic plans into outstanding results. Dan is a past winner of the TechWeek 100 Most Influential Leaders award and is the Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors for Outreach International, a non-profit dedicated to eradicating poverty on a global scale.
