Dr. Jaffee is the Head of Executive Assessment for EDA. Dr. Jaffee has over 25 Years of experience working with organizations’ Human Resource needs. Dr. Jaffee has been instrumental in the filed developing innovative human resource products and services used to assist in improving employee effectiveness through sourcing and recruiting, performance development, and performance management. He has extensive experience within all levels of the organization. Dr. Jaffee has also been on the forefront of using technology and information to measure the effectiveness of solutions within organizations which in turn allows companies to make better HR decisions with greater confidence and control.
Dr. Jaffee’s areas of expertise include testing, selection, assessment centers, job analysis, managerial development, performance management, validation work, and legal concerns associated with personnel evaluation. Dr. Jaffee has published numerous articles, whitepapers, and authored a book in these areas. He has consulted with a large variety of organizations such as United Parcel Service, Wyndham Worldwide, Tennessee Valley Authority, Regions Bank, Mphasis, Continental Tire, International Dairy Queen, Century 21, Siemens and many others.
