Dikesh Chokshi is an entrepreneurial technology professional who specializes in digital transformations of clients’ businesses. His crowning achievement has been a successful sale of his organically grown SaaS company, Censeo, to Mercer after having run it for a decade. He created four enterprise level SaaS products which were instrumental in the sale of his company. One of the products, TalentSIMTM Leadership Simulation Assessment was named as a ‘Top Product of the Year’ by Human Resource Executive® Magazine. Another product, the 360 Multi-rater survey platform was an industry leader and used by several Fortune 500 companies.

Since the exit, Dikesh has helped four startups in their go-to-market strategies in C-Level capacity. He primarily focuses in the technology area by bringing in architectural changes and operational efficiencies. For a recent startup, he helped bring to the market an NLP based Data Analytics and Collaboration application which employs Generative AI (GPT) to transform data into appropriate visual representations.

His largest project was at Universal Orlando’s Volcano Bay Water Park as a consultant of IBM. He led the delivery of a tablet-based web application – Team Member Tools (TMT) to enhance the guest experience. His role required interfacing and collaborating with technical staff, Product Owners, UI/UX designers, Business Analysts & Architects (IBM and Ernst & Young) and Executive leadership. He was part of a 100+ member team and led on-shore/off-shore teams of between five to twenty-five people. During a second engagement at Universal, he was the trusted advisor to the Executive leadership for several of its back-office applications.

The key to his success is his employee-as-an-owner-mentality, viewing technology as a means to an end for solving business problems, strong work ethic, going above and beyond for his clients, being kind and fair with his teammates and earning the trust of all involved.

Dikesh holds a Bachelor of Science with distinction in Physics and Mathematics and a MBA in Finance from Gujarat University, India. He also holds a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from Colorado State University, USA.
