Matt is an action-biased servant leader with a passion for helping other leaders and teams become the best versions of themselves. Matt leverages his broad experience to help clients develop and implement practical, fit for purpose solutions that meet real world challenges. He specializes in advising and scaling leaders and optimizing teams for maximum impact.

Matt’s experience spans senior finance roles, serving as Chief of Staff for a global mining company in Ghana, leading a major plastic packaging manufacturer in Canada, and being the first Chief Marketing and Sustainability Officer at Greif, Inc. He is a Certified Executive Coach, a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and a former Investor Relations Charterholder (IRC).

A former U.S. Marine, Matt earned a bachelor’s degree in history from the US Naval Academy. He earned a Master’s degree in finance and a Master of Business Administration degree, both from the University of Denver. He has attended graduate programs at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern and the Harvard Business School.
